Engineering Services That Meet Our Clients’ Needs
Supplying our mining and power clients with quality work, delivered on time and within budget
The Firmins Lane Engineering workshop was completed in 2009, operating under Alstom Power from 2009 to the end of 2015. The workshop site is located on 10,000m2 of land and has an operational area of 1,440m2. The main bay of the workshop is 80m long by 18m wide by 13m high.
In 2016 the workshop, equipment and its entire staff became Firmins Lane Engineering.
With decades of experience, we have been working closely with the surrounding Latrobe Valley power stations and mines as well as hydro stations around Australia. The workshop has assisted with client’s outages, emergency breakdowns, maintenance repairs, onsite machining and supplied experienced personnel for labour hire.
