Full dimensional checks
Non-destructive testing of shafts and gears
Repair and replace worn items
Install new bearings and seals
Apply new surface coatings

New input shaft manufactured.

Gear boxes metal spray repaired to reinstate correct fitup to bearings.

New output gear fitted, and new locating spigot plate manufactured.
